Regional Sales and Channel Manager - IN/KY/OH

The Regional Sales & Channel Manager will drive revenue and expand market share by leveraging indirect sales channels and building strong relationships with channel partners in Indiana, Kentucky, and Southern Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and market penetration goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, fostering trust and collaboration to maximize sales opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze channel sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results
  • Provide comprehensive training, support, and resources to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach and access new customer segments
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement channel-specific marketing programs and promotional activities
  • Negotiate agreements, terms, and conditions with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements
  • Develop and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management
  • Address and resolve escalated issues or conflicts with channel partners efficiently and effectively
  • Travel as required for partner meetings, industry events, and conference

Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation Sales and Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Strong communication/analytical/technical/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate across teams, manage ambiguity, coach and develop
  • Driven by a customer-first mindset, with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and a passion for creating new solutions every day
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing, Logistics & E-Commerce
  • Familiarity with robotics, assembly, sensors
  • Experience working in a team/remote/fast-paced/client-facing/etc. environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead initiatives, analyze data
