About the Opportunity

We are a fast-growing residential fencing company serving the Greater Cincinnati market. Our marketing generates consistent inbound leads from Google, Facebook, referrals, and local campaigns.

You will run pre-qualified appointments at homeowners’ properties.

No cold calling.

No door knocking.

Your job is to

  • Build trust quickly
  • Present solutions clearly
  • Control the appointment
  • Close the sale

Same-day closes are expected whenever possible.

Responsibilities

  • Attend 3-5 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per day
  • Perform site assessments and present pricing on-site
  • Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
  • Communicate clear job details to production after the sale

This is a performance-driven role. Results matter.

Ideal Background

This position is well-suited for professionals with experience in:

  • Roofing sales
  • Solar sales

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years closing experience
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Comfortable working evenings and occasional Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation Structure

  • 14-day paid training period
  • Bi-weekly draws
  • Commissions paid monthly upon job completion

Expected earnings

  • Strong performers: $120,000+
  • Top performers: $150,000+
  • No income cap

Your income reflects your close rate, margin discipline, and work ethic.

Work Environment

  • Local travel required (Greater Cincinnati area)
  • Weekly sales meetings
  • Primarily remote outside of appointments
