Vice President of Sales - Financial Services

As a Vice President of Sales, you will manage your territory with ease, meeting clients both in-person and virtually. At our privately held, multi-billion-dollar global investment firm, we prioritize our clients and strive to enhance the investment landscape.
The Opportunity
You will present our wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects, supported by a dedicated Director of Sales who will equip you with the necessary training and resources for success. Your Responsibilities
- Convert prospects into clients by demonstrating the unique advantages of our firm.
- Engage with high-net-worth prospects to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate potential clients about the diverse range of our offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training focused on advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management.
- This is a home office role, with expectations to meet clients face-to-face or virtually within your territory.
Your Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services.
- A FINRA Series 65 license or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred.
- A proven multi-year track record of sales success.
- Experience with high-volume phone activity and in-person client meetings.
Compensation
- This commission-based role allows for a base salary range starting at $100,000, decreasing gradually; your total compensation will include a percentage of estimated first-year management fees plus continued earnings for new business.
- Enjoy uncapped, performance-based earnings potential, with average income reaching the mid to high 6-figure range within two years and the opportunity for 7-figure income.
