Responsibilities of Branch Sales Agent

  • Interact with clients, discuss their projects, endorse our products, and enthuse customers about their buying decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that goes beyond expectations and surpasses what customers anticipate when providing assistance.
  • Sustain inventory levels in the assigned regions while also keeping them orderly, appealing, and secure.
  • Work jointly with management and team members towards the attainment of sales targets.
  • Assist customers with their purchases by operating the point of sale system during checkout.
  • Comply with prescribed protocols when facilitating customer refunds and exchanges.
  • Adhere to the recommended practices for processing payments via cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Establish pricing tags and promotional signage for stock. Organize, label, and showcase inventory.

  • Adhere to the prescribed procedures for answering phone calls as outlined by the company.
  • Be accessible to provide aid in alternative sections of the store if necessary.

Requirements of Branch Sales Agent

  • Being 18 years or older is a requirement for participation.
  • Understanding fundamental mathematical concepts.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficient in managing a variety of responsibilities concurrently and functioning effectively under stress.
  • Certain job positions may necessitate the attainment of forklift certifications provided by F&D.
  • Passing a drug test is a mandatory step for individuals pursuing certification in heavy equipment operation in states where it is allowed.

  • During work hours, the staff may encounter a warehouse setting and active mobile machinery, occasionally.

Physical/Sensory Requirements of Branch Sales Agent:
