Role Description

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Galaxy Concrete Coatings in the Cincinnati/Dayton, OH area. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients

· Identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territory

· Conducting on-site sales presentations and product demonstrations

· Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Collaborating with the internal sales and operations team to ensure client satisfaction

· Representing the company with professionalism and integrity

Key Responsibilities

· Actively prospect for new leads through door-to-door, networking, and referrals

· Schedule and attend in-home consultations with homeowners or commercial property owners

· Assess customer needs and recommend coating solutions

· Close sales and follow through with the necessary documentation

· Maintain accurate records using CRM software

· Attend regular training and team meetings

Qualifications

· Proven sales experience or background in a related field (home improvement, construction, etc.)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident, persuasive, and comfortable in face-to-face interactions

· Ability to deliver engaging sales presentations and respond to objections

· Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

· Excellent time management and organizational abilities

· Proficient with CRM tools and sales platforms

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
