About the Role

Health Is Freedom is hiring high-energy, customer-focused Sales Associates for our Cincinnati mall kiosk location. You’ll be representing cutting-edge wellness products including vibration plates, red light therapy devices, and recovery tools to walk-up customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

If you enjoy engaging with people, educating customers, and earning commission on your performance, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Actively engage mall foot traffic and initiate conversations
• Demonstrate wellness devices and explain health benefits clearly
• Close sales on the spot in a kiosk environment
• Process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, professional kiosk presentation
• Hit or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from greeting to close

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, retail, kiosk, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Weekend and evening availability required
