Inside Sales Account Representative

Machinery Parts Engineering company seeks Inside Sales Rep., in Cincinnati, OH area

Salary Range: $60,000~$85,000 + Commission

Hours: 9am - 6 pm

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B to B Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial products.

Position Overview

• Manage the first stage of all inbound and outbound inquiries and qualify potential opportunities.
• This is primarily an office-based role, but some travel is required
• Trade shows approximately once per quarter
• Field ride-alongs during initial training (3–6 months)
• Occasional short trips within nearby states
• Must be comfortable handling inquiries from serious industrial customers (precision manufacturing, electronics, printing, etc.).
• Must be able to work closely with the sales and marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
