As a Managed Services Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating daily accounting operations. This position requires strong independent working capabilities as well as effective teamwork skills. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and activities in collaboration with your team members.

We are seeking a candidate who is client-focused and proactive in exploring sales opportunities. A comprehensive knowledge of Costpoint is essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for processing a variety of accounting tasks for our clients while ensuring open and effective communication to meet project deliverables punctually.

Your accounting responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Invoicing
• Timesheet and Expense processing
• Account reconciliations
