Co Manager

Store Operations

• Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually aligned with Kingme Menswear brand standards
• Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and loss prevention practices
• Support accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting

Sales & Customer Experience

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling support
• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and relationship-based selling
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation
• Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals

Team Leadership

• Support hiring, training, and onboarding of sales associates
• Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring productivity, professionalism, and accountability
• Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to improve team performance
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage to ensure proper staffing

Brand & Standards

• Uphold Kingme Menswear’s brand image, values, and customer-first culture
• Ensure all team members follow company policies, dress code, and service expectations
• Assist in executing promotions, merchandising updates, and seasonal launches

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and lead a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and peak retail hours
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
