Marketing & Sales Associate

Level Up USA is seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, representing products with confidence, and creating positive, memorable customer experiences. Marketing & Sales Associates play a key role in building brand awareness, generating word-of-mouth, and supporting sales growth through direct customer interaction.

Marketing & Sales Associate Daily Duties

• Engage customers in friendly, authentic conversations about new and existing products
• Distribute samples and clearly explain product features, benefits, and uses
• Create on-brand, positive experiences that encourage product trial and curiosity
• Answer customer questions and collect real-time feedback
• Represent the brand at promotional events and activations
• Support account sign-ups, sales growth initiatives, and individual performance goals
• Implement and support current promotions
• Ensure brand standards are consistently followed at all events
• Complete post-event analysis and reporting
• Assist with additional promotional activities as needed

Marketing & Sales Associate Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of the sales process and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments
• Full-time availability
• Willingness to learn and confidently speak about brand, product, and company information
