Territory Director - Greater Cincinnati

- *Territory Director - Sales (Independent Contractor)**
- *About the Role**
Partner with Main Street United to build a community-based marketing and content business serving Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and surrounding areas. You’ll sell advertising across our portfolio of established regional magazines (Cincy Magazine, NKY Magazine, Ohio Business, Dayton Magazine, Midwestern Traveler), digital solutions, custom publishing, and events like the Cincy Home+Design Expo.
- *What You’ll Do**
- Develop and manage your own territory with full autonomy
- Make 20+ prospective client contacts daily
- Build lasting relationships with local businesses and community leaders
- Represent our brands at networking events and civic organizations
- Partner with our support teams (editorial, design, events, sales support)
- Minimum 20 hours per week across at least 4 working days required
- *What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ years advertising sales experience required
- Self-starter comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Strong work ethic and sales stamina
- Comfortable presenting to audiences and decision-makers
- Active in local business community/networking
- Reliable day travel within 90-minute radius
- *Compensation & Benefits**
- $1,100 monthly stipend plus commission. First 60 days guaranteed while building territory, then stipend reconciled monthly with earned commissions. Realistic first-year earnings of $40K-$65K for motivated sellers.
