This is an in-person, customer-facing role where you’ll support live marketing campaigns and help connect brands with new customers through direct interaction.

What the Role Involves

As a Trainee Marketing Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced team members, learning how marketing campaigns are delivered in real-world settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing brands at local events and retail-based promotional sites
• Engaging customers in face-to-face conversations to introduce products and services
• Explaining key features and benefits in a clear, approachable way
• Supporting sales activity by helping guide customers through the decision process
• Assisting with the distribution of marketing materials and campaign messaging
• Collecting customer details accurately and updating internal systems
• Tracking interactions and outcomes to support campaign performance
