CSR - Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also driving sales. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others are essential.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week
