Entry Level Sales Support/ Associate

About the Opportunity

This fast-paced opportunity is a full-time sales associate/support position reaching out to area companies and developing leads and working with our sales team to further the relationships and establish business that can benefit the company in growing sales revenue. This opportunity in our sales department would be the front line for sales and would include a base salary plus bonuses and benefits. This role would allow for upward mobility in sales and\or into other areas within.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with manufacturing and industrial companies
• Prospect and engage Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Engineering Leaders, HR, and Ownership
• Conduct consistent outbound outreach (cold + warm) via phone, email, and CRM-driven activity
• Leverage an existing book of warm prospects while continuously building new pipeline
• Educate prospects on PCS’ niche staffing capabilities within manufacturing
• Manage opportunities from first conversation through signed staffing agreements
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up activity
• Collaborate closely with sales team

What We’re Specifically Looking For

Required

• One year of sales experience is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Strong follow-up habits and personal accountability
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
