Or maybe you've built a strong book of multifamily business in paint, flooring, or construction - and now you're looking for the autonomy and upside that comes with running your own branch? We're looking for a leader to launch our newest location - a self-starter with the grit to build from the ground up and the polish to sell to professional property managers. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity with real backing: you'll have support, proven processes, and a team behind you, but the autonomy to make the market yours. You'll lead sales, drive profitability, and hire your own right-hand operations leader. The more your branch grows, the more your compensation grows. Premiere Property Services is a one-stop-shop property improvements company focused on make-readies/turns, maintenance, and capital projects for multifamily communities. With a decades-long track record in West Michigan and new branches launching across the region, we're on a mission to reduce customer headaches and raise the bar on service. Key Responsibilities: Launch and lead a new branch in Cincinnati with full P&L responsibility Drive revenue by building relationships with apartment owners and property managers Own the sales process - from outreach to pricing to account management Hire and oversee an Operations Manager responsible for onboarding and managing field labor Help recruit and retain qualified subcontractors and tradespeople across multiple services Partner with our leadership team to adapt processes and best practices to your local market Be the face of Premiere in your market - representing the brand with tenacity and professionalism Qualifications: Strong network in the local multifamily industry, especially with regional and executive-level decision makers Proven track record of sales success and relationship-building in a B2B setting Knowledge of apartment make-ready/turn services Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to run a branch like it's your own business Prior experience managing teams and delivering results under pressure Located near Cincinnati Compensation: $115-135k On-Target-Earnings (OTE); compensation grows as the branch grows
