Inbound Sales Representative

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representatives to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is essential in driving sales and providing excellent customer experiences by handling incoming inquiries and helping customers choose the right products or services.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will assist customers who contact the company through phone, chat, or other communication channels. You will provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

Your Role at a Glance

You will manage inbound customer inquiries, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products or services. Your role will help increase customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls or messages from potential and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Provide clear and accurate information about pricing, features, and promotions
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and complete sales transactions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet sales targets
