We are hiring Event Marketing & Sales Team Leads for a full-time, in-person role based in Cincinnati, OH. This position supports live event marketing and sales campaigns and involves coaching team members, coordinating daily event operations, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

This role is suited for individuals with strong communication and leadership skills who are interested in developing within a structured team environment. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Role Overview

Event Marketing & Sales Team Leads work directly with marketing and sales teams at live events. Responsibilities include assisting with team coordination, supporting campaign execution, and helping maintain performance standards. The role also includes monitoring key performance metrics and contributing to team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide event marketing and sales team members
• Assist with coordination of daily event activities and schedules
• Deliver product information and presentations to customers
• Monitor performance metrics and report results to management
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• Ensure professional conduct and customer service at events
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with leadership
• Follow company policies, procedures, and event guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and participate in training
• Reliable transportation to event locations within the Cincinnati area
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
