Tech-Keys Job Description

Tech-Keys is looking for an Experienced IT Engineer to join their team.

• The successful candidate will work out of one client location, diagnosing technical issues with computer systems, providing remote support, maintaining documentation,

diagnose troubleshoot.

p뀛y successfully completing assigned tasks during regular business hours (8am -5pm), you should be ableto: Work 20 tickets each day while having time for meals/breaks,

familiarize yourself with new technologies quickly after learning about them if they were adopted by our clients or promoted by leading technology firms like AWS etc., keeping accurate records regarding solved problems including source code shared between colleagues who need it later down line when fixing similar errors;

maintain communication throughout entire process so everyone knows where we stand at all times especially before deadlines pass without notice otherwise teams might fall behind schedule due lack progress updates.
