Tier 2

Tech-Keys is seeking an Experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will work on-site at a client's headquarters as part of an IT team to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and provide remote support.

• Maintain computer systems.

The role requires adapting quickly to new technologies and working both independently & in a team environment. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with clients, keeping assigned tickets organized & updated, providing the best possible solution to clients,

and periodic visits onsite at our clients.
