Job Description

• The Technical Lead owns the technical design and delivery of software release rollout automation, building reliable mechanisms to package, deploy, validate, and monitor releases across environments.
• This role partners with product, engineering, QA, and operations to define rollout strategies, manage risks, and ensure release readiness through governance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Strong hands-on experience developing release and deployment automation, including rollout orchestration, environment promotion, and rollback strategies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation development, with solid understanding of CI/CD concepts, artifact/version management, and release governance.
• Experience leading technical execution through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-team coordination to resolve dependencies and defects.
• Strong operational mindset, including observability, incident support, and building resilient automation with appropriate controls and auditability.
• Proficiency with Selenium for UI validation
• Experience using Playwright for modern, responsive web interfaces
• Karate Framework for REST and SOAP API validation testing (Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured)
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality of products, systems, or applications.
