Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site OEM Technical Sales role located in Cincinnati, OH. The OEM Technical Sales professional will be responsible for building relationships with clients, presenting technical solutions, maintaining a thorough understanding of customer needs, and continuously developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include consulting with OEM engineers, providing technical support, actively managing customer accounts, promoting value-added solutions, and contributing to team sales goals. The role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales to effectively present and sell technical solutions to clients.
• Excellent Communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
• Experience in providing Technical Support to address customer issues and offer effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and manage client expectations effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Cincinnati, OH.
• Background in engineering or a related technical field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in technical sales preferred.
