
A company is looking for a Manager, IT End User Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Drive high customer satisfaction and ensure services meet established SLAs and customer demands
Develop and implement innovative technology strategies for End User Services
Provide direction and mentoring to staff to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
5-8 years of related work experience and 1-3 years of supervisory / management experience required
Customer-centric mindset with a track record of expanding responsibilities in End User Services
Advanced technical computer skills specific to the functional area and related systems
ITIL certification preferred
