IT Support Advisor

A company is looking for an IT Support Advisor who will provide technical leadership and oversight for endpoint management and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and serve as an escalation point for endpoint issues
Drive desktop and endpoint strategic initiatives to align with organizational IT goals
Mentor and guide Helpdesk Technicians and other IT staff in best practices and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience
6 years of progressive IT support experience, including hands-on endpoint management
2 years in a senior or lead technical role with mentoring experience
Demonstrated experience with endpoint management platforms
Strong background in Windows and Linux operating systems and endpoint security solutions
